Programme description

This 3-year science-based programme combines practical and theoretical components highly relevant to Uganda and Africa’s industries. It trains students to appreciate the roles of science, economics, ethics, politics, and sociology in environmental conservation and management.

Students gain a firm science foundation and mentorship in applying scientific principles to identify problems, design tools for data collection and analysis, and generate solutions — forming a new cadre of environmental professionals for local and international challenges.
